FYnderFY is committed to protecting the privacy of our users, recruiters, candidates and educators. It is a FYnderFY policy that company and personal information such as name, company name, address, phone number and email, as well as scores, rankings and results remain private and confidential. We do not sell or rent your company or personal information to others. We use customer information only for the purpose of setting up user accounts for use of our Platform ("Platform") and to make our Platform services and products better, enhancing the operation of our Platform and for administration of our systems.
When FYnderFY collects personal information on our Platform, we comply with the U.S./EU Safe Harbor Framework and the U.S./Swiss Safe Harbor Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of personal data from the European Union and Switzerland.

This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how Skill Link, LLC, dba FYnderFY ("FYnderFY", "we", or "us") collects, uses and shares personally identifiable information of visitors and users of our Platform and users of our products and services ("Services"). Please note that the primary purpose of our Platform and Services is to provide recruiters, candidates and educators with a forum to connect and collaborate. FYnderFY is a Platform in which recruiters can find, quantify and qualify candidates. Candidates can use the Platform to learn and hone skills and expand their expertise to build a FYnderFY 360-Degree ProfessionalProfile, and to raise their FYnderFY ProfessionalCredibility Score. Educators can use the Platform to offer Micro-Courses, Micro-Course Bundles, Micro-Exams, Certifications and Badges ("Educational Programs").
For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, information provided through the Platform can be in one of two categories: Information relating to use of the Platform or Services, including, without limitation, signing up and importing/creating a profile, referred to as "Platform Information"; or information relating to taking Educational Programs to maintain the ProfessionalProfile and recruiting activities including, without limitation, interchanges with the recruiters ("Recruiters"), educators ("Educators"), other students and professionals ("Candidates"), answers, scores, feedback and other items submitted to satisfy requirements of the Educational Programs. When this Privacy Policy uses the generic term "information" it is intended to address the general use of information, not a user's specific Platform Information. By using the Platform, Services, or Educational Programs, users consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personally identifiable Platform Information and course information, as applicable, in accordance with this privacy policy.
Personally Identifiable Information We Collect and How We Use It
Users can generally visit the Platform without revealing any personally identifiable information. We do not collect personal information from visitors unless the Platform visitor provides us with this information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
If users request to receive company or product information, request information about specific services, or provide comments about services, they will be asked to provide contact information in order that we may complete their request. In addition to using the Platform Information to fulfill user's requests, we also may use the Platform Information to send them additional information about our services or courses on the Platform in which they may be interested.
Some of the Services necessitate becoming a registered user and creating a user account. This will require providing certain personally identifiable information, which may include, but is not limited to their, if enrolling as part of the FYnderFY Recruiting, Corporate, and/or provider of Educational Programs, company's name and email address, as well as telephone and physical address information.
Users allow us to utilize this personally identifiable Platform Information to: register users to utilize the Services, build profiles, enroll in courses and exams, and otherwise provide the Services; verify user's authority to enter the Platform and access FYnderFY's Services; notify users of updates; improve the content and general administration of the Platform and Services; and provide users with notices regarding the Services as well as other Services purchased or anticipated for purchase in the future.
Platform Visitors
When visiting our Platform, we may collect usage information, such as the log-in URL, the IP address and domain type (e.g. .com or .org, etc.), browser type and speed, the general location of the server, and the pages of our Platform viewed during the visit. This information is used for internal purposes only, and helps us to continually improve our Platform and Service delivery.
FYnderFY also may automatically collect and analyze Platform Information about general usage of the Platform, Services and courses. We also might track usage patterns to determine what features of the Platform, Services and courses are commonly utilized, Platform traffic volume, frequency of visits, type and time of transactions, type of browser, browser language, IP address and operating system, and statistical information about how users utlize the Services and courses. We collect, track and analyze such Platform Information in an aggregate manner that does not personally identify users. This aggregate data may be used to assist us in operating the Platform and Services and may be provided to third parties to enable them to better understand the operation of the Services and improve their course and exam offerings. Such information will be in aggregate form only and will not contain personally identifiable data.
Disclosure of Information
We will share your personally identifiable Platform Information with third parties only in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. These include, but are not limited to, sharing Platform Information with FYnderFY service providers and partners. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We may also disclose user's personally identifiable information: (a) if we are required to do so by law, regulation or other government authority or otherwise in cooperation with an investigation of a governmental authority; (b) to enforce our Terms of Use; or (c) to protect the safety of users of our Platform, Services and courses. In addition, we may transfer a user's personally identifiable information to a successor entity upon a merger, consolidation or other corporate reorganization.
FYnderFY Candidate Ranking Scores and Professional Digital Profile Skills and Expertise Scores/Rankings
FYnderFY uses proprietary software, algorithms and analytics to score and rank candidates. By signing up and using the FYnderFY Platform, users acknowledge that they will be scored and ranked and these scores may be presented to other FYnderFY users. Candidates have the right to not publish scores. Please see FYnderFY FAQs to learn how to keep all Platform Information private from other users and user groups.
FYnderFY Feedback
FYnderFY allows all users, (Recruiters, Candidates, and Educators) to share feedback regarding other users as supported by the Platform. FYnderFY does not control this feedback and it will remain Platform accessible for all users. By utilizing the FYnderFY Platform, users acknowledge that feedback for all user groups may and will be shared within the Platform and by users of the Platform. Data Retention
We retain Platform Information and the personal data we process on behalf of users for as long as needed to provide Services. We will retain and use this personal Platform Information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements with users, and/or the period required by laws in applicable jurisdictions.
Updating, Correcting and Deleting Your Information; Opt-out
If you believe that FYnderFY has incorrect Platform Information or course information that was provided as part of the Services, users may use the Services to correct, amend, or delete that information. Users may also contact us by emailing customer support at legal@interworks.com.mk.
From time to time, we may send emails about features/courses or new or modified Services that we believe would be of interest. Users wishing to opt-out of receiving these materials may follow the unsubscribe procedure provided in the email.
Children
We recognize the privacy of children and encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests. This Platform is not intended for children under the age of 13 and we endeavor not to collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. FYnderFY targets its Services and this Platform to adult professionals.
Security
The security of Personal Information is important to us. FYnderFY employs procedural and technological measures reasonably designed to help protect personally identifiable information from loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. We may use software, secure socket layer technology encryption, password protection, firewalls, internal restrictions and other security measures to help prevent unauthorized access to personally identifiable information. FYnderFY cannot guarantee, however, that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat these measures or use personally identifiable information for improper purposes. Therefore, users should be aware that when they voluntarily display or distribute personally identifiable information, that information could be collected and used by others. FYnderFY is not responsible for the unauthorized use by third parties of information users post or otherwise make available publicly.

The Platform and Services and, in particular, the courses and exams, may provide links to third-party websites or resources not associated with us and over which we do not have control ("External Websites"). Such links do not constitute an endorsement by FYnderFY of the External Websites, the content displayed therein, or the persons or entities associated therewith. You acknowledge that FYnderFY is only providing these links as a convenience, and cannot be held responsible for the content of such External Websites.
Material Changes
FYnderFY reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on this Platform and will either send a notice to the email address specified during registration and/or post notice of the change so it is visible when users log on prior to said changes taking effect. We encourage users to review this Privacy Policy regularly for changes. Continued use of the Platform and/or Services will be subject to the then-current Privacy Policy.
